Madelyn is 6 months

Madelyn is (or was) 6 months old on April 14th. She has been working hard on sitting up on her own. She does well until she reaches for a toy or her brother pushes her over.
She is always enthralled by her two older brothers and enjoyed playing race cars (aka sitting in laundry baskets) with them.

Maddy usually sits in the exersaucer when she watches cartoons with her brothers. This is usually shower time for mom so it seems to be the safest place to put her when she is unsupervised. She also likes to blow raspberries to get someones attention.

This is what we ACTUALLY did on her 6 month birthday - spent two hours at her brothers allergy appointment while she slept in the corner.

One of the milestones Maddy mastered this month was rolling onto her tummy and back again. I tend to forget how far they can actually go if they have an open space. I will come back to her blanket and find her across the room looking out the patio door.
