Angel loves celebrating New Years so to liven things up she bought the rest of us party hats!
For Christmas this year I bought Kent a sushi kit so we could make our own sushi. I also bought the "Sushi for dummies" book just to make things easier.
The boys made the girls dinner that night which is typical for our family but not so much in Angel's kitchen. She had a little anxiety when the men were messing up her kitchen.
Our first California roll and it was delicious!
Oh yeah, and the kids were there too locked in the basement. I think it's because we don't have a basement you can play in that the boys are thrilled to hang in other peoples basements.

At the end of the evening (or early morning) Angel tried to show me her new hobby but a little too much wine clouded her judgement and a baby hat turned into a yamaka for the dog.
